Hagasmörgås - Meatballs with a creamy beetroot salad
Smögensmörgås - Gravad lax with salad, lemon, dill and creme fraiche
Hönö - Choose from meatballs, falukorv (Swedish sausage) or ham to add to a hot sandwich with a cheese base, topped with a fried egg and garnished with green salad

Frölunda - Meatballs and cream sauce with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam
Kungshamn - assorted herring of the house served with new potatoes, creme fraiche and crisp bread
Lidingö - Creamy white wine and dill salmon and trout risotto
Västkustsmörgås - Prawn sandwich with lettuce, mayonnaise, boiled egg garnished with lemon and dill

Africana - Swedish mild curry with lamb and rice served with peanuts, banana, mango chutney and red pepper
